The Sexual Assault Service of Saskatchewan (SASS) recently sent the ministry an email stating that its Sexual Violence Research project has officially been launched. SASS states that the aim of this research is to gain a better understanding of the existing strengths and potential gaps in service provision as it relates to sexual violence across Saskatchewan. Upon completion of the research phase (surveys close March 16, 2018), SASS states that a multi-sectorial advisory committee will take the findings and develop/implement a coordinated provincial sexual violence action plan.
The research methodology has a survey (anonymous and confidential) for a Survivor, a Secondary Survivor, and a Service Provider to participate in:
