The SAS (Saskatchewan Aboriginal Storytelling ) project involves Aboriginal storytelling events held thought out the province in February, annually, to promote First Nations and Métis oral traditions and the use of libraries. This year our library will be hosting Carol Daniels. Carol is an Aboriginal artist, multi-disciplined in the areas of storytelling, writing, singing/drumming and visual art. She spent more than 30 years as a journalist working in television and radio at APTN, CTV & CBC.
Our Storytelling event will be held on Tuesday February 25, 2014 @ 2:30 p.m. in the library. (Rm. 218, College West, Regina).
