Office Administration – Regina

Office Administration is a one-year Saskatchewan Polytechnic certificate program that provides knowledge and skill development related to the business office environment, with an emphasis on computer applications.

In this program, you will gain practical knowledge and training in:

  • Performing regular office duties and procedures including; mail, telephone etiquette, filing, and communication
  • Operating office equipment, including office management programming such as Microsoft programs, email, and computer-based scheduling
  • Basic accounting skills and use of accounting software
  • Employability skills

This program also offers medical terminology as a regular course. Upon completion and graduation, students are prepared for employment opportunities in entry-level administrative positions to executive assistant positions.
