At this time, all GDI scholarships are only available to Saskatchewan residents who identify as Métis. All scholarships have two deadlines per year, May 1st and October 1st, unless otherwise specified.

As of January 1st, 2014, all scholarship applications must be submitted though the online application form. Paper applications will no longer be accepted and only applications submitted through the website will be considered for a scholarship. This scholarship is only open to Level 3 and Level 4 Adult Basic Education (ABE) students enrolled at Dumont Technical Institute (DTI).

You may be required to submit proof of Métis citizenship.

You will be required to submit a copy of your Saskatchewan Health Card.

In order to qualify for this scholarship, in the last three months, you must have a minimum academic average of 75% (or equivalent), 90% attendance, and be graduating from the level you are currently in. You Program Coordinator and Instructor will be contacted to make sure you have met all of these requirements.
