The Gabriel Dumont Institute Training & Employment Inc. invites applications for the filling the following position:

Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director – Training & Employment, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the effective administrative functions and the coordination of the daily, recurrent and ongoing activities of GDITE specific to the Special Projects (Entrepreneurship and Apprenticeship); maintain spreadsheets and client management system; assist/organize meetings; maintain filing systems; compile reports for funders; monitor GDITE offices; provide coverage to other GDITE Programs as required; and all other duties as assigned by the Director and the Institute.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration or Administrative Assistant or at minimum two years post-secondary education or equivalent experience; and have experience with reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy. The successful candidate must be organized and able to prioritize tasks; must be able to exercise good judgement in recognizing scope of authority and protecting confidential information; must be proficient in Office 365, Excel, and SharePoint; and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Term: September 2021 – March 31, 2022 (yearly renewals)
