The Dumont Technical Institute a division of Gabriel Dumont Institute of Native Studies and Applied Research invites applications for the following position:

Clinical Instructor – Practical Nursing Program – Regina

Responsibilities: To provide Clinical supervision to adult Practical Nursing students at Wascana Rehab 3-3 Convalescent Care in Regina. Manage clinical activities to ensure an optimum learning environment for students. Evaluate student performance, provide academic guidance and feedback. Attend scheduled meetings, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Nursing, be a Registered Nurse and be eligible for registration (active status) with the SRNA. Ideal candidate would possess two years of recent/relevant industry experience or post-secondary teaching experience. Must possess effective communication, interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills. Flexibility and the ability to work with people from various equity groups is required.

8 Hour Day Shifts Jan – 10,11,12,17,18,19,20,24,25,26,31
Feb – 1,2,7,8,9,14,15,16,17 (schedule available upon request)

Remuneration: As GDI Pay Grid (Faculty II)
Location: Wascana Rehab, Regina
Term: January 10, 2022 – February 17, 2022
