Dumont Technical Institute, a division within the Gabriel Dumont Institute of Native Studies and Applied Research invites applications for the following position:

Part time/Casual Clinical Instructor – Continuing Care Assistant Program

Responsibilities: To provide part-time/casual Clinical supervision and lab support to adult Continuing Care Assistant students. Position will assist in clinical activities to ensure an optimum learning environment for students and assist in the delivery of in-class student labs. Position will evaluate student performance and provide academic guidance and feedback.
Position will be flexible to accommodate existing SHA employees.
Qualifications: Candidate must be a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with degree in Nursing, Licensed Practical Nurse with exceptional experience in related subject area or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Must be eligible for registration (active status) with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association, the Registered Psychiatric Nurses’ Association of Saskatchewan, or SALPN. Experience in adult education and instruction, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with people from various equity groups are an asset.

Remuneration: A Competitive Salary and Benefits Package
Location: Position available in La Loche or ile-a-la-Crosse
Term: January 3 – January 31, 2022
