Dumont Technical Institute, a division of the Gabriel Dumont Institute of Native Studies and Applied Research, invites applications for the following position:

Senior Administrative Coordinator

Competition Code: 2502 200S Apr 3

Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator 2 of DTI, the Senior Administrative Coordinator position will be responsible for the Student Information System, including but not limited to data management, program design, student billing and tuition, student marks, student communication, student admissions & awards, staff training, report composition, staff scheduling, supervision and performance. Will work with the finance team to ensure tax forms are completed and distributed; liaise with other colleges and promote best practices. Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem solve is a requirement.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or some post-secondary education alongside work experience. Demonstrated competence in communication, leadership, and analytical skills, as well as a very strong attention to detail. A good working knowledge of Metis history, culture and governance would be an asset.

Remuneration: A Competitive Salary and Benefits Package
Term: May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026 (Strong possibility of renewal)
