Responsibilities: The Senior Administrative Coordinator will provide support to the Director of University Programs. The position will be responsible for coordination and student support as it relates to higher education programs offered within Gabriel Dumont Institute(GDI)/Gabriel Dumont College(GDC) in a variety of communities within Saskatchewan. The individual will coordinate program marketing, communication and promotion for University programs with GDI/GDC. Will maintain and organize a wide variety of information and data related to GDI/GDC programs and services offered within the University programs.
Travel to a variety of communities within Saskatchewan will occur periodically.
Qualifications: The candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in education and work experience. The successful candidate must have demonstrated competence in leadership, communication, analytical skills and professionalism. A good working knowledge of Métis history, culture and governance would be assets.
Term: August 2022 – August 2025
Remuneration: As per GDI salary grid
