The Dumont Technical Institute a division of Gabriel Dumont Institute of Native Studies and Applied Research invites applications for the following position:
Casual Tutor – Adult Basic Education Beauval
Competition Code: 2202 101B Sep 30
Responsibilities: To assist the Beauval ABE programs with student support, including working one on one with students and providing support during classroom hours. Subject areas include Communications, Math, Social Sciences, Science, Lifeworks, English Language Arts A30, B30, Biology, Native Studies at the grade 10 – 12 levels.
Qualifications: The candidate will have a minimum grade 12 diploma and experience working with adult learners would be an asset. Good interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility and the ability to work with people from various equity groups are required.
Remuneration: A competitive salary and benefits package
