Dumont Technical Institute, a division of the Gabriel Dumont Institute of Native Studies and Applied Research, invites applications for the following position:

Program Coordinator – Leave Replacement

Competition Code: 2202 200S Jan 28

Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Director, the Program Coordinator position will be responsible for the implementation, coordination and administration of Dumont Technical Institute Skills Training Programs. This includes the coordination of on-site student supports, reporting to government, managing partnerships with key stakeholders, scheduling of academic courses, securing infrastructure needs for program offerings, supervision and support of faculty, program delivery supports and satisfies curricula as prescribed by certifying bodies.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education; as well as experience in administration of post-secondary education and health related programming. Knowledge of Adult education, Métis history and culture will be considered assets. Candidates with several years of experience in a related field will be given preference.

Remuneration: A Competitive Salary and Benefits Package
Term: March 1, 2022 – February 28, 2023
Location: Saskatoon, SK preferred but open to other locations.
