Senior Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities: The Senior Administrative Coordinator will provide support to the Director of Dumont Technical Institute in a great deal of areas such as – meeting minutes, note taking, travel bookings and coordinating with regional representatives to schedule meetings and survey’s. The position will be providing administrative support to DTI program coordinators for program specific process and implementation plans. Participate in the marketing and communications for DTI programs and services – creation and design of DTI advertising. Preparing DTI information for annual reports as well as design of annual report. Responsible for creation and design of a wide variety of communication articles as well as reports for internal and external stakeholders. Participate in stakeholder meetings and DTI committees as required. The position will also maintain and organize a wide variety of information and ensure that information is captured and recorded to support DTI’s performance measurement framework for its program offerings. Maintaining and updating head-office information for stakeholders as well as providing support to other departments when necessary.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. The successful candidate must have demonstrated competence in leadership, communication, analytical skills and professionalism. A good working knowledge of Métis history, culture and governance would be assets.
Term: September 2024 – September 2025 (possibility of renewal)
