Senior Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities: Join Gabriel Dumont Institute Training and Employment (GDITE) as a Senior Administrative Coordinator! This key role involves overseeing the administrative operations, personnel management, and data coordination to support the delivery of career services to Métis clients across Saskatchewan. You’ll work closely with the Director, Employment Services Managers, and stakeholders to ensure service excellence, program evaluation, and compliance with organizational policies. If you have strong leadership, organizational, and reporting skills, and are committed to supporting GDITE’s mission, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work, Business, or a related field and two years’ administrative experience; a combination of education and experience will also be considered. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required. Candidates should be able to manage urgent situations, develop policies, and maintain relationships with staff and the public. Proficiency in computer systems, government regulations, and cultural sensitivity is expected, along with adherence to confidentiality and professionalism.

Term: August 2025 – March 2026 (possibility of renewal)

Remuneration: A Competitive Salary and Benefits Package
