Minister John Duncan unveiled artwork commemorating the legacy of former Indian Residential School students and their families. Métis artist Christi Belcourt’s artwork entitled “Giniigaaniimenaaning”, which means ‘Looking Ahead’, will be transformed into stained glass and installed in Centre Block on Parliament Hill.
