Do you have a letter of offer from an employer, but require some assistance getting prepared? Do you require work boots, a bus ticket, or other items to start work? Gabriel Dumont Institute Training and Employment can help!
Immediate Employment Assistance provides financial assistance to Métis clients who have an offer of employment but need funds to start their job.
Clients who received employment transition allowance are not eligible for the Immediate Employment Assistance Program.
Métis individuals interested in participating in this program should contact GDI Training and Employment to set up an appointment with an employment advisor at the location nearest them.
