Faculty II – Mechanical Instructor
Outdoor Equipment Repair Program

Responsibilities: A unique opportunity exists for an instructor in DTI’s Outdoor Equipment Repair program in the Community of La Loche. The instructor will use their knowledge of outdoor power equipment to provide learners with the fundamentals necessary to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a strong background maintaining Outdoor Power Equipment, 2 and 4 stroke engines, general mechanics and troubleshooting, engine maintenance, automotive electrical, fuel systems, and drive systems. Candidate should be knowledgeable in Metis and First Nations culture and have excellent interactive skills, including the ability to deliver training to a diverse group of learners.

Accommodations and a travel allowance may be available to the successful candidate.

Remuneration: $72,038 – $94,798 plus benefits package

Location: La Loche, SK

Term: June 30, 2025 – August 29, 2025
